Ethan is currently undertaking his Honours at the University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine with a major in Physiology. His research at D.T.R.G focuses on investigating how different dietary protein sources influence glycaemic control in individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes. Ethan’s interests lie in understanding the mechanisms underlying glucose regulation and translating this research into improved management strategies for Diabetes.
