Dr Jennifer Ngan

Research Fellow

Dr Jennifer Ngan is a Research Fellow and MPhil candidate with the University of Melbourne Diabetes Technology Research Group and St Vincent’s Hospital. Having worked with people from a variety of backgrounds in our multicultural society, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to diabetes research and has deep empathy for those living with diabetes. She is interested in how technology can be utilised to improve the quality of life for people living with type 1 diabetes. Her MPhil focuses on novel technologies that have the potential to mitigate the risk of diabetic ketoacidosis through early detection and intervention.
