Dr Hannah Cunningham presents for St Vincent’s Research Week
This week was Research Week at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, which hosted a number of events designed to highlight the exceptional work of the clinical research community at St Vincent’s Health Melbourne. D.T.R.G was represented by one of our research doctors and recipients of the 2025 D.T.R.G scholarship Dr Hannah Cunningham, who presented the preliminary findings of our recent SMART study, which investigated the feasibility and accuracy of a new automated insulin delivery system combining an insulin patch pump with a continuous glucose monitor. This study represented an important step towards fully integrated insulin delivery systems, with further results set to be shared at upcoming conferences.
