Dr Barbora Paldus

Endocrinologist

Dr Barbora Paldus is an Endocrinologist and Research Fellow with the University of Melbourne and St Vincent’s Hospital Diabetes Technology Research Group. Dr Barb is passionate about improving the lives of people with type 1 diabetes and has a special interest in the application of novel diabetes technologies and algorithms to the management of type 1 diabetes. As a technology and sports enthusiast, she has undertaken tertiary studies in mathematics and computer programming, and is currently completing a PhD through the University of Melbourne focusing on advancing closed loop insulin delivery (artificial pancreas) and other novel technologies for T1D management during exercise.
