Congratulations to Dr Barbora Paldus for completing her PhD
We would like to congratulate Dr Barbora Paldus on completing her Doctor of Philosophy – Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Dr Barb Paldus is an Endocrinologist and Senior Clinical Research Fellow with D.T.R.G who is passionate about empowering people with type 1 diabetes and has clinical and research interests in the application of diabetes technologies to the management of type 1 diabetes. With numerous publications in diabetes technology, Barb has earned multiple scholarships and awards in this domain and presented both nationally and internationally. Beyond her clinical consultancy roles at Western Health, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Mercy Health and Monash Health, her PhD at the University of Melbourne concentrated on advancing closed-loop insulin delivery (artificial pancreas) and other innovative technologies for optimal type 1 diabetes management during exercise.
