The Australasian Diabetes
Congress November 2020

The Australian Diabetes Educators Association and Australian Diabetes Society combined to form the Australasian Diabetes Congress which was held from November 11-13th 2020 on a virtual platform for the first time.

The ADC provided a full program that appealed to all who are involved in endocrinology/diabetes clinical care, education and research. Most members of the DTRG shared their knowledge and expertise in the form of zoom presentations, or posters showcasing the data gleaned from our research projects.

The Adult HCL study provided data, results, clinical learnings and their application and the perspective of a participant delivered as a 2-hour symposium chaired by Prof David O’Neal.

Dr. Barbora Paldus and Dr. Melissa Lee were also highlighted
